Janik Puttemans

Janik started his PhD program in 2015 in the ICMI lab, concentrating on nuclear imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy of difficult-to-treat cancers, such as multiple myeloma, glioblastoma, and breast cancer brain metastasis.  During this track, he gained experience in Nanobody generation, protein conjugation, radiolabeling, optical and nuclear imaging, and the development of several disease models. 

After obtaining his PhD in nuclear medicine, he became the operational director of ICMI since its start in 2022.
